We are seeking a Lead Scientist to join our Cell Processing team and contribute to our mission of enabling scalable, cost-effective, and efficient manufacture of life-saving therapies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand process requirements
- Develop and implement technical transfer plans
- Drive system architecture and engineering design requirements
- Define user and functional requirements for next-generation manufacturing systems
- Coordinate and execute process development work packages
- Ensure adherence to lab procedures and support risk assessment activities
- Foster strong partnerships with collaborators and guide integration requirements assessments
Requirements:
- MSc in Biochemistry/Immunology/Bioprocessing/Biomedical engineering or related discipline (PhD desirable)
- Practical experience in R&D within an industrial setting
- In-depth understanding of cell therapy manufacturing/process development and technical transfer
- Proficiency in flow cytometry, cell culture, T cell biology, Design of Experiments (DoE), and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Experience leading complex technology projects
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
